Service Overview
Grazers is an online marketplace exclusively for horseback riders to buy and sell their new or pre-owned tack and apparel. The actual contract for sale is directly between the seller and buyer.
Grazers is not a participant in or otherwise directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers, therefore, we have no control over the quality or legality of any aspect of the items listed. Grazers is not responsible for inaccurate listings, and we cannot ensure that all transaction will be complete. You, the user, agree that Grazers is a venue that is not liable for any content posted by you or other users. Please be aware that you use this service at your own risk.

Fee Policy

Registering for the Service is free; however, Grazers charges a 20% commission fee for all sales made through the Service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars. In addition to the payment of the 20% commission to Grazers, all sellers will be responsible for paying all shipping costs and creating their own shipping label from a provider of their choice. While the seller must pay the shipping cost, the seller has the option to include the shipping cost with the item’s cost for the buyer to pay upon purchase of the item. Sellers may be required by law to declare and pay or collect taxes on sales made using the Grazers’ Service. For tax advice about your Grazers sales, we recommend consulting a tax professional and reviewing local and federal tax laws.

You must have the legal authority to sell the items that you are listing for sale through the Service. You must describe your item and all terms of sale in your listing truthfully, accurately, and reasonably completely. You are responsible for payment of the commission to Grazers as set forth in the Fee Policy.

If you agree to purchase an item through the Service and confirm the transaction, you are obligated to complete the transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by the seller (i.e. listing price) unless the transaction is prohibited by law or these Terms of Service.

We do not currently accommodate returns of items. However, we do strive to make our customers happy, so in the event of an item discrepancy or damage, please contact support and we will deal with the dispute on a per-case basis.

Upon the confirmation of any purchase and sale transaction through the Service and payment of the required amount by the buyer, Grazers will email the seller notifying them of the sale and providing them with links to create a shipping label with the buyer’s information. The seller must ship the purchased item to the buyer within 5 days after receipt of the initial email notification of sale. Sellers are responsible for shipping their sold items to buyers. When you are using a shipping or fulfillment service such as UPS or FedEx, please keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for making sure that your buyers receive the item(s) they purchased. When pricing out items in your tack store, make sure to calculate in shipping costs.

To make all transactions efficient and possible, please make sure that when filling out your information, you add your most up to date contact information. Grazers LLC is not liable for any cancelled orders or shipments due to inability to contact the user.

All users agree to use PayPal accounts to buy and sell items. Payment for sold items will be released to vendors’ PayPal accounts on a bi-weekly basis.
